Dopo lunghe trattative e revisioni con i proprietari ed eventuali interessati si è raggiunta una soluzione definitiva e di gran lunga migliore delle altre. Si mantiene la villa in unica proprietà senza la suddivisione in tre appartamenti. Il risultato è una grande casa al piano primo e vengono trasformati il piano terra in autorimessa e grande taverna mentre il sottotetto rimane un unico volume: un fantastico attico. Un totale di 200mq di abitazione più 110 mq di attico ed una autorimessa spaziosa per due posti auto ed eventuale cantina ad un prezzo decisamente favorevole. L'impresa è interessata alla realizzazione di due piccoli appartamenti al piano terra ad un prezzo di gran lunga più conveniente di quello di un unico grande appartamento. Stiamo valutando questa possibilità. Questa è un disegno di un possibile sviluppo delle due unità abitative al piano terra.
